Yearly Recycling Assessment payments can be paid by check or money order, and mailed in using the convenient return envelopes included with your bill. Return the bottom portion of the bill (payment coupon) with your payment to make sure payments get applied to the correct account.
There are 4 easy ways to make your payment.
1. Using the envelope provided, mail the payment stub and your check or money order in.
2. Make your payment at the District office located at 2651 West Logansport Road, Peru during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 AM until 4 PM, and the first Saturday of the month from 9 AM until 1 PM). Cash, check, money order, and credit/debit cards are accepted. Credit/debit card payments will incur a small convenience charge. This amount is charged by the credit card processing company and not the District.
3. Pay online. Your yearly Recycling Assessment can be paid online Here. This will take you to the PayGov website. You will need your account number and invoice number to complete the information. There is a small convenience charge. This amount is charged by the credit card processing company, not the District.
4. Payments can be made over the phone by calling 1-866-480-8552. You will need your account number and invoice number when you call. There is a small convenience charge for this service. This is charged by the processing company and not the District.
